Life is hectic, I totally get that! I work with guests on the basis of mutual respect and communication.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be sure to provide at least 48-hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a charge of $30, due prior to rebooking.

I understand that accidents happen, people get sick and/or emergencies occur.  I do my best to accommodate these rare occasions with grace.

Cancellations

If you are running late, please contact me (emily@emilycreatescurls.com) and let me know. I will always try to make things work, but if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to adjust your appointment or reschedule.

Late Arrival

My goal is for you to adore your hair. If you are experiencing challenges, I would love to have the opportunity to make corrections. Please reach out to me within 7 days of your appointment to receive an adjustment.

In the event you have chosen to adjust it at home, or by anyone other than me, the service adjustment policy is null and void and service charges will apply.

All service payments are non-refundable.
